SWING Silom is a trusted safe space dedicated to improving the quality of life for sex workers, particularly men who have sex with men (MSM) and other vulnerable groups often overlooked by mainstream healthcare systems. With deep understanding of the realities of sex work, SWING Foundation emphasizes continuous education on sexual health and well-being, empowering individuals to care for themselves safely, confidently, and with dignity.

At its Silom branch, SWING operates a specialized sexual health clinic offering free health checkups, fully certified by the Department of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Public Health. This certification guarantees high standards of safety, accuracy, and professional care. Services include HIV testing, syphilis screening, gonorrhea testing, and other STI diagnostics, all delivered efficiently with results available in a short timeframe.

• Counselor – 2 positions (based in Saphan Khwai and Phetkasem branches)
• Medical Technologist – 2 positions (based in Saphan Khwai and Udomsuk branches)
