What is Personal Data?

Love2Test is a project of the Love Foundation ("the Foundation") that recognizes the importance of the personal data you have entrusted to the Foundation. With trust, the Foundation has implemented systems to safeguard the security of the data and maintain strict operational procedures. Additionally, measures are in place to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, use, or alteration of data, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. Therefore, the Foundation has developed this policy to provide details regarding the collection, use, disclosure, data retention period, data destruction, and the rights of data owners concerning the Foundation's operations and services, including mutual funds, retirement funds, and personal funds, whether or not an account is registered. The Foundation recommends that you read and understand this Privacy Notice to understand the purposes for which the Foundation collects, uses, and discloses your personal data, the data retention period, data destruction, and the rights of data owners. Personal data* refers to "information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, whether directly or indirectly, but excluding data of deceased persons in particular."

The personal data that we collect and gather

The personal data that we collect and gather includes:

  • General personal data, known as Identity Data, refers to information that is related to an ordinary individual and allows for the identification of that person, whether directly or indirectly. Purposes of processing the data

To utilize and disclose the collected personal data, we use your personal data for direct benefits related to the development of our services. We may disclose your data to partner organizations collaborating with the foundation of the project. The foundation may send service and treatment-related information or for your benefits, including disclosing personal data to relevant agencies, in accordance with your consent for the aforementioned purposes. We may also process, collect, aggregate, use, and disclose your personal data based on other legal grounds.

Personal data processing

Once we receive personal data from the source of personal data, we will proceed as follows with your personal data:

  • Collection and Consolidation
  • We will collect and gather the data for the purpose of studying and designing suitable services.
  • We may also disclose your information to partners and collaborators of the project's foundation, in order to provide you with accurate, precise, and efficient services.
  • We may also disclosure of your information to collaborating entities with the project foundation for research, development, and societal benefit will be made, with no personal data displayed.

Data Storage and Retention

The nature of data storage will involve storing data on the cloud. The retention period will be in accordance with the topic "Data Processing Period." The data processing period is set at 10 years. Once the retention period has expired, or if we no longer have the right or legal basis to process your personal data, we will proceed to destroy the personal data by deleting it from the system. We will aim to complete this process within 30 days from the end of the aforementioned period.

Disclosure of Personal Data

Love2test.com , operated by the Love Foundation, discloses your personal data to clinics and various service centers within the project network. These include the service centers listed on the website for booking services or individuals, as well as other external organizations, for direct benefits related to your service reception. This disclosure of personal data may involve forwarding for treatment purposes or for the benefit of your life, including disclosing personal data to various agencies in accordance with relevant laws. Additionally, the Foundation may summarize the operational activities and service provision in various formats to provide summarized information to relevant funders and to present the Foundation's achievements. However, no personal data will be disclosed.

Rights of Data Owners

As a data owner, you have the following rights to exercise:

  • Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data that you have previously provided to us, as long as your personal data is still in our possession.
  • Right of access: You have the right to access your personal data and request us to provide you with a copy of such data. You may also request us to disclose any personal data that you did not consent to provide to us.
  • Right to rectification: You have the right to request us to rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to erasure: You have the right to request us to erase your personal data under certain circumstances.
