SWING Saphan Khwai offers comprehensive sexual health services, focusing on education about personal hygiene, the correct use of condoms and lubricants, and practical prevention strategies to reduce the risk of HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). These services aim to help male sex workers perform their work safely and sustainably.

The center operates a dedicated sexual health clinic for male sex workers, certified by the Department of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Public Health, ensuring trusted diagnostic standards. Services include HIV testing, syphilis screening, and other STI diagnostics, with results available within 45 minutes. Every step of the process is designed to maintain strict privacy and confidentiality.

Importantly, all services at SWING Saphan Khwai are completely free, removing financial barriers and allowing all sex workers to access high-quality health care without concern.
