Clients at Mplus receive free HIV and STI testing, along with nonjudgmental, inclusive counseling tailored to diverse gender identities and expressions. For those living with HIV, antiretroviral treatment (ART) is provided with immediate access, helping to prevent complications and reduce transmission risks.

A key strength of Mplus lies in its proactive community outreach, offering one-on-one engagements, group activities, on-site campaigns in high-risk areas, and effective communication through social media. Mplus also distributes free prevention tools, including condoms and lubricants, to promote HIV and STI prevention in ways that suit each person’s lifestyle.
