Mplus Chiang Rai is a health-focused organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being and quality of life for gay men, transgender women, and the broader LGBTQI+ community, with a particular emphasis on sexual health, HIV prevention, and STI care. With years of expertise and a proven track record, Mplus Chiang Rai is recognized as a nationally trusted leader in community health, operating under a certified quality management system.

We provide non-judgmental, friendly sexual health counseling, while advocating for equal sexual rights that every individual deserves. All services are offered free of charge to MSM, TGW, and LGBTQI+ individuals, including HIV testing, STI screening, and access to antiretroviral (ARV) medication for those who test positive, ensuring rapid and continuous care.

Mplus Chiang Rai also takes a proactive outreach approach to reach its target communities through one-on-one sessions, group activities, community events, and digital media platforms. These efforts aim to raise awareness and understanding about HIV prevention, promote condom and lubricant use, and make safe sex a tangible and accessible part of daily life.
