This platform supports appointment booking and coordination with partner health service providers. It does not replace professional medical consultation or emergency services.
CONSENT & DATA RIGHTS (Aligned with Thai PDPA)
By submitting information or making a booking through Love2Test.org, you acknowledge that:
- Your personal data may be collected, used, processed, or disclosed for purposes related to service provision, appointment coordination, project operations, program reporting, and improvement of public health services within the project network.
- Processing is carried out under lawful bases including consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and public‑health related obligations, where applicable under Thai law.
- Forwarding of personal data to clinics, partner organizations, and relevant agencies may occur strictly for treatment, service provision, and project implementation, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Network Clinic & Service Provider Disclaimer
Health services booked through Love2Test.org are provided by external partner clinics and organizations.
The Love Foundation does not control clinical judgement, treatment decisions, pricing, or operational policies of partner providers and is not liable for:
- medical outcomes or treatment decisions
- availability or quality of third‑party services
- costs, schedules, or administrative procedures of partner organizations
Each provider may apply its own policies, consent procedures, and eligibility requirements.
Users are encouraged to consult health professionals for medical decisions.
